After a long journey, it's nice to personally welcome your guests. We will be at the property to give your guests a warm reception or, if necessary, we can meet them at a prearranged location.

Our 'check-in and check-out' service includes: 

Check-in:

• receiving your tenants
• handing over the keys
• going through the inventory
• familiarizing your tenants with the property (how to use the television, air conditioning, etc.)
• if desired, we can provide a welcome or grocery package (upon request)
• providing practical information and interesting tips about the area
• collecting the security deposit (if applicable)
• your tenants can contact us if needed

Check-out:

• inspecting the property for any damages
• checking the inventory
• receiving the keys
• refunding the security deposit (if applicable)
• end-of-stay cleaning available at an additional cost (see cleaning fees)

Rate: 

Property up to 4 guests: € 45 per stay for check-in and check-out.

Property with 5 or more guests: € 65 per stay for check-in and check-out.
